Court Cancelled
Due to the corona pandemic and as ordered by the Alabama Supreme Court in an Order issued on March 13, 2020, we have cancelled the Grand Jury session which was scheduled to convene on Monday, March 16th. Neither grand jurors nor subpoenaed witnesses need to report to court this week. The order also applies to all other dockets set this week, including the child support dockets. We will get these cases re-scheduled as soon as we can.
Our office will remain open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m.
