MDTF Meeting - Week of Jan. 9, 2017

Multi-Disciplinary Task Force (MDTF) Meeting: On Thursday, January 12th, the MDTF met at One Place of the Shoals and hosted a breakfast to say farewell to Chief Assistant DA Will Powell. Powell, who will be sworn in as Circuit Judge on January 15th, has served as the director of the task force for many years. The MDTF meets monthly and staffs cases involving child abuse and neglect. The MDTF is instrumental in ensuring that those who commit crimes against children are held accountable.
