Victim's Family Places Trust in DA

Mark Edwin Montgomery is accused in the double murder of Joanna Strickland Butler and Clo Stoner. Joanna’s brother, Phillip Stickland, recently sent a Letter to the Editor of the TimesDaily expressing his family’s trust “... in the hand of providence, as well as complete trust, in the office of our district attorney and staff.”
