Verdict

After deliberating a little over 4 hours yesterday, the jury returned a guilty verdict against Derrick Turnley for the murder of Bo Cherry. We appreciate the jurors' attentiveness to this case and their reaching the right decision. Turnley is facing 99 years to life in prison. He will be sentenced on December 2nd, 2021 by Judge Will Powell.
