As part of Crime Victims’ Rights Week, many victim service provider agencies participated in our VOCAL “Celebration of Life” event which provided games and activities for children. DA Chris Connolly was honored to be the keynote speaker for this event. The celebration concluded with a candlelight vigil in Wilson Park and a balloon release honoring victims. This event was the brainchild of Assistant DA Angie Hamilton. Angie led our Victims Service Providers Group in organizing the event and making it a success.
