Administrative Assistants Day & Johnson Life Sentence Upheld - Week of April 21st

Administrative Assistants Day: On Friday April 25th, we celebrated Administrative Assistants Day with a cookout at McFarland Park. We have a great support staff, and it was good to pause at the park to thank them for the work they do to make our office one we can all be proud of.

Shannon Johnson Life Sentence Upheld: We were notified this week that the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals has affirmed the escape conviction of Shannon Johnson. Johnson was convicted of escaping from the work release center and given a life sentence as a habitual offender with four prior felony convictions.
